Superpowers: community engagement, co-design and creative strategy 

Celeste’s background is in co-design and graphic design, and prior to founding StudioC, she helped create award-winning events and exhibitions for Te Papa. Celeste will collaborate with you to develop an actionable creative strategy and vision for the project. Throughout implementation, she will oversee the design and creative aspects of the project.

Superpowers: digital experience and tech guru

As the lead for CreativeQ’s digital deliveries, Blake is integrated into the StudioC team as our web development technical director. This year alone, Blake has led digital projects and UX for national brands including IAG, AMI, Hone Hato St John’s, Hellers, and MTF Finance. Blake provides the interface between front-end design and CreativeQ’s team of back-end developers.

Superpowers: science storytelling and strategic planning

Laura has a MSc in plant ecology and a PhD in science communication. She will bring her strategic skills to manage this project, ensuring all of the work strands we are supporting you with are strongly connected, cohesive and efficiently carried out. Laura can work alongside your in-house communications team to provide extra support in content development and storytelling.

Superpowers: front-end web design and illustrations

With a background in Visual Communications Design, Rach specialises in using illustrations and infographics to breathe life into technical information, making it visually interesting and easier to understand. As well as leading the front-end design process for your new website, Rach can also support your communications team with visual storytelling assets.

Superpowers: animation, illustration and video production

Christine has created engaging learning experiences for Te Papa, Waitangi Treaty Grounds, the Ministry of Education, and Auckland Art Gallery, positioning her perfectly to elevate the new website as an educational hub. Her skills in video production and storytelling will help us capture the beautiful wildlife and habitats of Zealandia. She also has a passion for working with mana whenua to help them tell their own stories.

Superpowers: construction and spatial design

Glen ensures our designs are functional and cost-effective. He has a background in mechanical engineering and construction, supporting projects requiring spatial fit-outs, physical prototypes, and practical building expertise. He is managing the installation and build of the rotating wall for your upcoming Sanctuary to Sea exhibition.

Superpowers: nature photography, underwater and drone videography

Ricky loves to be out on the road, capturing people’s stories and our country's stunning landscapes, and turning them into visually arresting videos. He will always go above and beyond to capture that perfect shot. Like the rest of the team, he has a passion for nature and telling stories that will help protect it.

Superpowers: hosting environments and security

David ensures our software functions seamlessly within the hosting environment while maintaining top-notch security. His deep knowledge of hosting environments, combined with his focus on security, means we implement robust solutions that safeguard client data and ensure uninterrupted service. David's skills guarantee that our systems are highly secure and function flawlessly within their respective hosting environments.

Superpowers: web development, online advertising and SEO

Prior to joining CreativeQ, Sheldon ran his own marketing consulting business for 10 years. Since 2006, he has been building websites, running Google Ads campaigns, and mastering SEO for CreativeQ. As the Operations Manager, Sheldon ensures that the entire organisation runs seamlessly. He established our SEO department, which has facilitated the successful launch of over 300 websites.

Superpowers: software development and data science

Stefan oversees all software projects and guides our talented team of developers to create complex software systems and leverage data science for actionable insights. His deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, coupled with his strategic vision, ensures our software solutions are technically robust and aligned with the broader goals of each project, providing clients with top-tier digital experiences.
