Yes, we want the web experience to be beautiful, elegant, functional, and easy to update. For us, that's a given. We aim to make this investment truly count!

Streamlined content

Right now, your website has way too much content—it's overwhelming! We’ll work with you to refine it, keeping what’s essential and crafting key messages of regeneration and hope. Our secret weapon is Laura, our in-house ecologist and science communicator, who will help make sure your content is web-friendly, accessible and engaging. 

We’ll also improve the site’s accessibility, with te reo Māori options and inclusive features. We’ll encourage the use of bilingual text, which for us is a bare minimum needed to honour mana whenua. Ideally, the website will also equip mana whenua with the tools to reclaim their knowledge and empower them with tools to share their knowledge.

Beautiful, elegant design

We’ll create a modern, playful design that balances minimalistic beauty with functional elegance. We want our design to reflect Zealandia’s natural beauty and serenity. This will include a refined colour palette and the stunning volunteer photography and beautiful illustrations you already have – as well as vibrant new video content that will bring Zealandia’s stories to life.

Our in-house illustrators will ensure the website is visually engaging, layered with educational resources that create opportunities for exchange of conservation knowledge within the community.

A personalised experience

Your current homepage has so many options for users, it runs the risk of becoming overwhelming. We want to build personalised user journeys, so users see the content most relevant and interesting to them.

Imagine a personalised navigation experience like Netflix that suggests pages to visit based on your own preferences. We can also use this data to tailor newsletters and digital marketing, so your supporters and visitors get recommendations for events, purchases, and educational content they’ll love! (Cool huh?!)
